“Ehhh yerrrh!” is a typical expression of distaste that you will hear from Jason, our OUMSSA treasurer. As an E&Mer, he is more than capable in handling all monetary affairs and maximising OUMSSA welfare through regular debt collection and perhaps some creative accounting…or maybe not. But his knowledge stretches far beyond economic theories  – ask him anything and be amazed at how much he knows about current and past affairs. Don’t start thinking he is a nerd though, as he is fully capable at sports too, as proven by being in the Oxford Frisbee team and fighting hard to become a blue. When  you get to know him, you will find Jason a really friendly and helpful person, as well as one of the most dependable guys in Oxford; you can be 100% sure that if he says something, he will get it done for you. But don’t ask him for a favour if his favourite team Manchester United are losing a match as he will be much too depressed to do anything other than curse and rant at the monitor!

Random trivia: Jason is famed in his college, HMC, for being the person (together with a bunch of Singaporeans not from his college) to fill his kitchen full of smoke and set off a smoke alarm that could not be stopped, causing every single person in the college to have to evacuate into the cold winter night…
